Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with assigned tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Clean and prepare work areas, equipment, and job sites.
- Follow workplace health and safety regulations and procedures.
- Perform lifting, carrying, digging, stacking, and other physical duties as required.
- Support general maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Complete tasks according to schedules and instructions
Requirements
- Previous labor or construction experience is an asset but not always required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
